Blackstar was not quite post-apocalyptic, but had a sciency-fantasy mix that a friend included in a Gamma World setting he ran in the early 80s.

Man, I was like eleven when this came out, and I was all about it--although I think it was more the idea of the show that I responded to, even then. That and the awesome dragon horse and the cool shapeshifter dude.
